Already using it? To update, download and run the installer again. If Rental Bill Tracker is open, the installer asks you to close it. Your bills, settings and license are kept. You can see which version you have at the bottom left of the app’s window.

- Set up your LLCs, properties, units and tenants in about ten minutes.
- Send bills from your phone: snap a photo or scan, and it lands in the app's Inbox on your computer over your home Wi-Fi. If the computer is asleep, the photo waits on the phone and sends itself later.
- The app reads each bill - vendor, amount, dates, which property and LLC - and files it by owner, property, year and category in ordinary folders on your computer.
- Reminders before bills are due, and a heads-up when a regular bill doesn't arrive.
- A year-end report totaling expenses by property under the Schedule E lines, saved as a spreadsheet or a ZIP of every bill.
- Daily backups, and Delete permanently for documents you don't need (they go to the Windows Recycle Bin first).
- Free for 30 days. Buy a license from inside the app; your key arrives by email. Moving to a new computer later is free.
